Midland High senior Andrew Maxwell continued to turn heads in the first day of the Elite 11 quarterback camp at Soka University in Aliso Viejo, California. Maxwell has been rated as the 11th best pro-style quarterback prospect in the country and is committed to play at Michigan State. Read→
